Integration Module

We will be able to have a complete automation of the operational planning cycle of transport and distribution, connecting with existing information systems (ERP, CRM, TMS, GPS, etc.).

This integration can be approached in different ways, either with a simple reception of the input data through an SFTP connection or even from an email with a CSV/Excel file attached, automating from that point the entire subsequent process on the platform and delivery or sending of the planning solutions in a customized way, or addressing a total integration from the MathIT.Logistics API by standard processes, fully integrating the data flows necessary for the input and output of the optimized planning service.

Again, MathIT.Logistics offers maximum flexibility and adaptability in terms of connections between systems, both for updating data masters (inputs and outputs) and for sharing planning results and execution metrics.

Input

Depending on the level of integration desired, in cases where we have full integration of MathIT.Logistics with the customer’s information systems, MathIT.Logistics will be able to automatically update all fields, entities and attributes of your data model that are within the customer’s masters.

MathIT.Logistics can assume an integration with existing GPS, digital tachograph, or IoT telemetry systems in the vehicles for the extraction and exploitation of the data associated with the execution, similar to that proposed from our own sensorization and GPS service, conditioned by the availability of the data in real time and by the depth/detail of the recorded data.

Output

Depending on the level of integration desired, in cases where we have full integration of MathIT.Logistics with the customer’s information systems, MathIT.Logistics will be able to automatically update all fields, entities and attributes of the customer’s masters within its data model.

In an automated way, all transport or distribution planning performed by MathIT.Logistics, built as “transports” (union of vehicles with orders on a single route), will be shared with the customer, on their information systems, allowing a complete cycle of automation and optimization without manual intervention, following all the standards of the current process.
