OGA renews its efr certificate with the highest rating under the new Standard 1000-5 Edition 3.

We are proud to announce that OGA has successfully renewed its certification as a Family-Responsible Company (efr), achieving once again the highest rating: EXCELLENT A, this time under the updated criteria of Standard 1000-5 Edition 3, in force since September 2023.
The efr model, developed by the Másfamilia Foundation, is an internationally recognised management system that promotes a culture of work-life balance. It supports organisations in integrating personal, family and professional life into their strategic and operational frameworks. The model is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and is based on continuous improvement, flexibility, and a people-centred approach.
The external audit highlighted the maturity of the model implemented at OGA, the alignment between our values and the measures in place, the proactive role of leadership, and a strong organisational culture based on trust, autonomy, and well-being.
This recognition reinforces our commitment to building a workplace where people thrive, and where flexibility, co-responsibility and care are not just policies, but part of our everyday way of working.
